Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information indicates your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local postal carrier first.

Shipping Fees

If a package is refused or returned to sender for reasons unrelated to our error, original shipping charges and any return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
