Because we partner with multiple trusted fulfillment providers, return eligibility may vary depending on the product and supplier.

Please contact us before sending any item back. We’ll provide the appropriate return instructions based on your specific order. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Right to Cancel (European Union)

If you are a customer residing in the European Union, you generally have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

International Customers (Canada & European Union)

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must generally be:

* Returned with original tags and packaging (when applicable)

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

* Your order number
* A brief description of the issue
* Clear photos of the item and its packaging

We’ll work with our fulfillment partner to provide an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.

Lost Packages

If your order appears to be lost in transit, or your tracking information indicates your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us.

We’ll gladly work with our fulfillment partners and the shipping carrier to investigate and assist in resolving the issue.

Refunds

Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved (when applicable), your refund will be issued to the original payment method used to place your order.

Please allow 5–10 business days after your refund has been issued for your financial institution to process and post the refund to your account.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return instructions and the correct return address will be provided after your return request has been approved.

International Returns

Customers outside the United States are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees paid to the destination country are generally non-refundable through Kewhanee’s Boutique.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If an order is refused, returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or cannot be delivered for reasons outside of our control, original shipping charges, return shipping fees, customs charges, or carrier fees may be deducted from your refund where permitted by applicable law.
